The Evolution of Creativity in Complex Environments

I don't know a priori I wouldn't be able to tell but the thing is would you why would you say or why would you imagine that certain kinds of populations are going to be striving with less creativity for instance? It seems to me that among the most complex environments on earth that actually the equatorial ones not not the northern parts of the of the planet because it's a very at least ecologically more complex region.
