How to Avoid Belief Bias in a Sales Conversation
When you don't keep your thoughts out of it, I call this belief bias. A bias is a prejudice in favor or against one thing compared to another that is considered to be unfair. It's just your mind interfering in the decision making process. Instead of showing them their mind, you are biasing them from your own mind. Your coaching being influenced by what you already believe swaying a client based on what you say AKA convincing. What matters is the client and their belief.
