Borris Is a Winner, but He's a Loser.

The argument that borris as a winner evaporated recently when there were two by elections. By election is when an m p is no longer sitting for their constituency. And so they have a minnie election just in that constituency to replace tho. That's called a bile, to replace that m p. Any m p any other party could be elected for that seat. They 're quite interesting by elections because they are a way of taking the temperature of what the public mood is at that particular time.
