Is Education a Good Idea?
I was thinking during part of this of our talk with francis fukyama, this political culture that he thinks education should try to stablish in us. It is kind of programmatic. It's not merely focusing on the individual and what nourishment that individual seems to need. Growing to become who you are might be nicas logan. I'm not actually sure that it's dues. He talks about society as having so many it's too complicated. There are just too many different influences. And he does feel like a good education should purge the bad ones.
