Scaling the Business - The Only Way to Scale the Business Is to Make the Software Better
In early days if the way you grow is you just hire more people and margins are bad, it actually works. It works up until point because while things are small, you haven't yet really hit the challenges of scale. But at a certain point that breaks and it stops working and your margins are always bad. Whereas for us, we've said, listen, we need to invest in actually making the process more efficient, more accurate, more reliable. The reason that we do it importantly is not because it makes our own economics better. The reason we do it is because it is needed to scale in a high quality way.
