Frontier Tech - I Love That Framing

A lot of foundational scientific capacity, like we just need like a lot more R&D. Capital is an interesting one because there's different capital needs for when especially frontier tech goes from zero to one and then two to 100,000 plus. One to 10 I think is actually really hard. It's not necessarily any more like market de-risked but you still have to take the same leap of faith.
