The Hang Up Calls of a 16 Year Old Girl

A 16 year old girl in Rancho Cordova answered her home telephone. The male caller told her he was a roofer and he needed to speak with her father. She thought about the hang up calls her mother and sister had been getting for six months. One time recently her mother was so angry when the prank call her rang that she blew a whistle into the receiver. A round at the same time the Sheriff's Office received those calls. They had no way of knowing if the phone calls were legitimate as they were too short in length.
