How to Deal With a Mental Health Crisis
40 percent of teenagers in the united states Report that they feel depressed have felt depressed not sure if that's just a phenomenal number 40 I hope that's not true for your kids or my kids or folks in the audience But that means nearly half of all children experience some form of depression. So look this is a public health crisis a mental health crisis and so we have to take it very seriously And and we have to have an ongoing conversation with our kids.
