ML Engineers Can't Code. You Need a Mentor
Not many data scientists can code very well. It's just because people are not focused on that right now, Laszlo says. ML code for most applications needs to be frequently updated,. particularly supervised learning. You need a mentor who will watch you and say, Hey, I just did your code review. There's 847 things you just completely screwed up.
