Before 24 weeks, i say sleep whatevery way you want. Sleep on your stomach, sleep on your back. After 24 weeks, the uterus itself is then getting big enough and heavy that if you lie on your back for a prolonged period time, it's going to press on that aorta. So you want to avoid lying on your back after about 24, 25 weeks. And i don't care what side you lie on. Lo' he what your left or you'r right? Bcause the were right.
