The local land fills are already overflow in. Is there any way that they could try to get a handle on this, whether it's through regulation or or other means? And is that being considered? A little anecdote: In 20 13, acra opened a world bank funded waste processing facility. It was des ined to take waste for 15 years and solve akras waste crisis. But instead of 15 years capacity, it filled within five. The use clothing industry is powerful in their own local economy. They don't want government regulation that might stop this. So you have these two aspects - the people who have to deal with the waste despair.
