I hate the term imposter syndrome but self doubt sometimes gets bigger so it's sitting with that duality of like the the discomfort never goes away and then when you're too comfortable but you know logically okay I'm comfortable now I need to challenge myself. It seems like it's just having the self-awareness to truly know yourself but what does that look like for you today? Yeah I've really had to learn one of the things that I picked up from childhood really was just or emotional processing and not really dealing with uncomfortable emotions he says.
