How to Transition From Running to Jumping
The pain monitoring model is based on our study that patient can continue running and jumping. We use the borg scale for them to rate how heavy they feel the activity is or how much strain it is on their Achilles tendon. For runners, not on their breathing or those kind of things, but how heavy would you rate it? This has really come out to be is that runners tend to run less, but they also describe they have much more of a quality run.
