Can You Kill a Sprint?
M, i was reading an article about a team who had to kill a sprint. They had no one who had any experience of oltism in the room. But still thought they could run a sprint. It didn't for so you really need a multit multi disciplinary team. And by that, i mean some one who has decision power. Is not worth doing a sprint if you don't have a bian from above. M, my best workshops are when i can build a space and hold a space where we've just suspended reality.
