The Importance of Depression in High School
I was so desperate to be a child star and so angry at my parents that they wouldn't let me. The kind of house rule was, okay, if you want to do this, you have to go to college first. When I started doing theater in school and high school, I think I was using some of that sadness as well as my love for it.
