How to Grow in a Community?

I think one important aspect or one interesting aspect of an hour as a company is that we have a lot of people that are super active in the community. I'm very lucky because we have engineers that have the main focus areas engineering, so they work on the product and improve the product but also provide consulting. And it's also very refreshing in a sense that having those different features in people, when they can deliver good engineering work,. But at the same time very engaging in the sense of working with the community.
