How to Get Your Health in a Better Place

When we eat sugar, use some of the principles in my book. Use your muscles afterwards or don't have it on an empty stomach. After eating within an hour and a half after the end of a meal, get up and use your muscles for 10 minutes. And if you are listening to this and you're somebody who doesn't feel as good as they want to feel, then it's important to start using these principles to try to get your health in a better place.
