The Pros and Cons of Having a Dumb Phone

i thought i was going to switch to a dumb phone and that i would stick with it forever, but i couldn't. Here's what it was here. It definitely did eliminate the distraction. I was way more present when things were going on. My my head was less foggy. But like, i could barely function in society. This is like, kind of, when you think about it, but there were so many things i just didn't even think about when i put my smart phone away. So there's prose and cons to this, i guess. And so i put the dumb phone away, and i'm still deciding what to do.  I haven't am sold
