First Nations are under the Indian Act, so basically all their resource and how they're run is decided in Ottawa. Amy: There's a real lack of trust because there's been a lot of people that have taken advantage of indigenous communities. "I don't want people to think like you just sit at a table and decide your values and then everything goes away," she says.
