The Effect of Turti Expression on Cancer Occurrence
Turti is an enzyme that allowed the telomeres to be replicated and then allowed them to escape the senescent. If turti expression in this mutation, with this mutation, it will be spread out like in among different cells. And then some cells will express this high level of turti that will lead to tumor. So that's our hypothesis. We are working on now to look at the difference in genetically identical cancer samples.
