What I've been doing online is starting with the awareness and then allowing for the body to follow. It could be absolutely anything, but just something that hijacks your thinking mind essentially. So let's say you don't want to think of an object, you want to actively stop. And in that moment, you might realize that your awareness in the room, I'm sitting around you, run away a little bit.
