The root surface of your teeth doesn't have enamel over it so if that's a problem you can use one of these remineralizing toothpaste they work even better than sensidine and actually using the mouthwash at night that's fluoride containing before you go to bed. It really it's kind of a topcoat that that will help reduce the sensitivity. And what about sensitive teeth to cold or heat or what do you do? What does that mean? Yeah, if you have cold sensitive it's generally that you have some gum recession and the and the root surface ofyour teeth don't haveEnamel over it. So I think my younger patients, definitely majority are still using braces
