How to Find the Right Trainers for Running

When you're loking for a new shoe, first things first is size. You want to have about a finger to a thumb's width off the end of your longest toe. Some brands are going to be made for more narrow feet. And if you don't seek out some one like myself, go to an independent running shop. Those guys have that knowledge and can put your mind at ease. So comfort is the biggest key. If you aren't comfortable in that shoe, you are not going to run in that shoe. Getting a gate with somebody that's going to help it on line will take away from that stress.
