The Insecureness of Pep Guardiola
Pep Guardiola is a very insecure man, I think, in terms of how football works. He's kind of got this innate hard-working thing from his dad. It was a bricklayer and this kind of feeling that he's not good enough. And so he has to work really hard. When things aren't working, he's like, well, we need to make this as kind of slow and stodgy as possible. We need to be as solid as we can, even if we're losing free-flowing football or all that kind of thing.
