You Can Store Your App State in the URL
Scott Antipah says you can store your apps entire state in the URL. He's certainly not the only one who's done this, but he lays it out very nicely. You basically just take the JSON and run some sort of compression on it so you can fit more data into the URL. Of course, URLs have a max length. And I'm not sure how much data you can fit in before you hit that.
