Is There a Difference Between Wet Dairy and Raw Milk?
Wet dairy, i think the over consumption of it is probably the biggest issue. You just want to eat the more higher quality version of this particular food group. But there's a trade off around building a diet that is focused on purely muscle protein synthesis. Those pathways are still activated with plant proteins.
