The Problem With Market Socialism
The problem of ecological damage is due to the way the market system operates because firms are able to use nature as a free thing. There isn't that equivalent of social control over the economy or planning that I was talking about, which would be able to produce an accurate prices of pollutants and forced production organizations to change their production. You'd have companies free to engage in pollutants. And okay, so market socialists might say, well, we'll have state regulation. But we know what that does.
