Most contact centers are not answering all the calls that they have coming in. I'm definitely more kind of on the optimistic side. There is a concern about the tools being put into the wrong hands. The industry needs to come together on this. Regulations need to happen. We, you know, build a lot of really cool things and have some fun entertainment.
