In the thermodynamic system, when you maximize entropy, you're minimizing free energy and vice versa. And this kind of makes intuitive sense that our brain would like to carry around with it of model of the world such that it typically looks around and says, yes, that's more or less what I would have expected. So we are writing in the depth of the whole mechanics. It's the weeds. Yeah. Okay. Now that may seem paradoxical, which is why it's good, or I'm going to have to say so again.
