The Importance of Non-Code Contributions in Django Community

I was the opening keynote speaker at Django Con Europe, a Django conference for the Django people. And in my talk, I used examples of some of my coworkers from from Rob Sis,. Three of whom are developers but they're not making contributions without code. They have to do other things that, you know, people can't code because that's all they can do. There are definitely sort of ideas and cultural norms in our community that I think we need to address that, to be fixed.
