When you're at the combine, figure out what your athletes' chronotype is. Certain chronotypes are easier to flip flop time zones than others. We could change people's exercise schedule and training schedules based on their chronotypes. There's a system that I helped create, which we use light, melatonin, napping and caffeine in order to obliterate jet lag.
