I'm a People Pleaser, Extraordinary as Well

I'm a people pleaser, extraordinary as well. I love my clients so much and i care so deeply about what they are going to receive out of this project. Something i'm learning a lot for myself is how to be standing up for myself... being a little bit more selfish. A have you ever missed a dead line and then had a client emeliu asking about where the item was yet? You can't always expect the're to be workers there. And i probably had all the issues that we've had, literally an there like, we have to have these policies in place.
