Freedman's Contribution to the Free Market Economy

Freedman's real accomplishment was his re interpretation of the great depression, and pointing out that it was inappropriate federal reserve policy in raising interest rats during the great depress. By having that intellectual understanding, then were in a position to adopt better economic policies in the future than the past. His ideas there have been very effective and havev really triumphed as a means of moderating economic activity.
