"I want to say to people who have felt like maybe you've had an assistant in the past and it just hasn't conqo worked out. And i think a big part of a lot of times is, as the person who's done the hiring, our unwillingness to tell someone, i don't actually like it that way," she says. "In my experience, everyone is willing to go back to the drawing board and to try it again and to make changes in revisions."
