i feel like sometimes we have a culture of, in our own wayi you're very quick to demonize people, or demonize companies. And i think that's true of companies, for people. I'm grateful that we have a smaller company. You'd have to be able to tackle them in a different way. But i think feedback is important. For example, we use tool called 15 five at marketing en, and all my team members spend about 15 minutes filling out the questionnaire every week. It allows them to say, what went well this week? What were your challenges? How's moral around you? Is there anything you think a company could be doing a better job at?
