I find having to take breaks from running, it definitely takes its toll a bit kind of mentally. Have you found that you've had to kind of find other ways to direct that energy a bit? Yeah, definitely. And what I did was basically I joined a fancy gym. It's more of an all round thing. There's little jacuzzis and stamers and soreness. Oh my God. But actually it's good for your arms and it's brilliant.
