Rama amara has been working on a vaccine against m v a for 20 years. He moved to atlanta in the year 2,000 and continued his research there. But then he started seeing hichave infections - so he decided to work on that too. The two viruses are among the most difficult to make a vaccine against. H ve is hard because it mutates like crazy,. So you have to design a vaccine that can handle all these constant changes. Then covidid comes along, and doesn't mutate as much but still becomes part of your body. And i realized: 'I can make my vaccine climb this mountain'
