•  1/2 ounce honey syrup

• 3/4 ounce ginger juice

• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

•  2 ounces sparkling water

Instructions: Blend ginger with a little water and strain. Add honey syrup to a glass. Add ginger juice and lemon juice. Add ice and top with sparkling water.
