Sub stack is not powered by a ghost. We built our own theming API that's compatible with themes built for ghosts, including those built by third parties. That makes it seem like they're making sure the integration is tied. It wasn't even the look and feel too. The actual network requests were kind of pinging things in a way where it looked like they were straight up stealing code,. which they weren't. But like you said, they should have made it clear.
