The NSCAP was truly the first party in Germany who managed to break up the old structure between the milieu's and to essentially politically integrate them into one broad movement. I think one of the, one of the issues that many conservatives like Spengler had was that essentially the old elite of Imperial Germany were, which is done for politically. The German public was not discontent with Imperial Germany, and they had fairly capable elites, but essentially from one day to the other, all of this was more or less worthless. During the 1920s, none of them really managed to stage a political comeback, it was very milky toast and toothless.
