Connectivity Service - What Is It?
This was the last bit of work that I did on connectivity service before I switched over to telephony. We had to change how Android deals with networks. It's a bit of an arms race and it's kind of mysterious. You would think Wi-Fi deployers would want to have a good user experience. But they will whitelist our captive portal checks.
