The High King of the Noldor in Middle Earth

Gilgale was the high king ofthe noldor in middle earth. You would expect him to have some sort of a council and to have a major part to play in whatever the story is, even though they haven't really said much about him. The interesting thing about that bowlis it actually makes me think of lauthlarian. But lothlorian doesn't have any cliffs like this, does it? No, no, it doesn't. I don't know though, i don't think they look quite large enough to be mallorn.
