Is There a Paradox?

I was talking about holistic approaches or holistic insight. We cannot be a good part if we're not a good part, you know, and how do you get to be a good parts? Well, you you have the classic,. you know, right, civil use is thing,You know, know thyself, you have to know thyself. And that's those two words, basically they say it all. So life, I think, is an an individuation in ideal circumstances... You can be aware that you need to individually empower yourself. Then, of course, that you have that you acquire the means to do it, meaning that you take it seriously.
