How to Get in on a Property for $100
A lot of these startups that have been coming out lately allow you to get in on a property for as little as $100. They all have really cool names like the Haverhill or the Brookwood. The Brookwood is a three bedroom Atlanta area home that rents for about $1,900 a month and has over 1,000 investors. In 2022, I've paid out $1.2 million in dividends. So it seems like if you are somebody who is going to invest, obviously you're going to get out what you put in.
