Is It Important to Have a Mentor?
Mentorship has been extremely important to me, both direct relationships with real people as well as the books behind me. I do think that a real in-person mentor or somebody that maybe you meet with on a weekly or monthly basis via Zoom is very useful. And there are a lot of benefits to mentoring other people. You get to refresh your fundamentals. Every time you go through that process, you learn a little bit more about what got you to where you are today.
