Power Ups - How to Get a Quick Burst of a Positive Emotion

Power ups are anything that give you a quick burst of a positive emotion. Cuddling with your dog for ten minutes would be a power up. Or listening to a powerful song that made me feel powerful, or eating walnuts because that was supposed to be good for brain healing. So these powrps are just a way to kind of game the math. Every time you feel something really bad, you try to do a couple quick things that will make you feel happy, right? To offset it, to tilt the balance in your favor.
