So that basically the facilitator is seeing the order of comments and you're forming a little queue for who gets to talk next. And first of all, I think it slows the pace in a good way where it's not like the second someone takes a breath. Secondly, the people who are like me, me, call on me, let me go next are always the same people and often have the same identities. Third and for me most important personally: Once I put stack in the chat, then I can listen to what's going on.
