The Importance of Empirical Predictions in IQ Theory

Popper: IQ theory makes the exact same empirical predictions that IQ theory does we're just have a different explanation where they have no explanation. Popper always tries to measure explanatory power in terms of empirical content, even then he admits it's really hard to know. He says the attempt to test for in quotes for intelligence differences amongst people is not a moral error but merely a fundamental misunderstanding of human minds.
