The first thing that I would do is back up before, and usually like when I'm working with companies, I don't understand the context, right? And so I'd start by saying, well, let's see if we can just come up with what's called a brand theme statement. Let's look at all of our internal sort of organizational mission documents. Then now let's go through and start evaluating all of the experiences that we provide and see which ones align and which ones don't. When we find ones that don't, then we start making strategic decisions to say, would it be worth bringing this one into alignment?"
