The first word that i would say to you is respect. Respect that they are capable, at a young age, to be responsible. The second thing is to expect. Be clear about what you want em to do, your expectations. I am so often vague. A lot of times it's like, i want you to go in and clean your room. Or i'll say, at hopetown, somebody cleaned the jeep.
